When the monitor is connected to the computer and the computer is running, I use the on monitor control to adjust the screan vertiacily and horizontialy, and all the other features. it will adjust vertical, but it is stuck for the horizontal width. It will not adjust. I am a newbie, But I do know my electronics. As for reading schematics, I am not too good. But I figure out what goes where. but the problem that I am running into is where do I look on the board, for the area that controls the horizontal stretch of the screen, I know that the monitors picture tube is in good condition, - tryed it on another gateway ev700 monitor board.
