daytek dt-57a horizontal too large and i can't control

The horizontal is too large , and i can't adjust to a good sise. The pincushion have the same problem. I have change the two IC who control the butons by "used IC" take on other board, but the problem is the same, no effect. I am sorry for my english.

check the transistor Q414 #d1414 in the horizontal section near the flyback for a short or a leak betwin the jonction of the transistor.Unsoldering the transistor for teting the leak.
