Dell // Sony UltraScan Model:P780 Momentary Normal Level of High-Voltage (Not too High) and Green Power-Led at Power-Up then in about 1 1/2 Seconds High-voltage Shutdown and Blinking Yellow Led occur. Yellow Led Blinks at about 1 Second Interval Constant. Flyback OK in All ways. Need some help. Note: If you keep Re-Turning on this monitor constantly in a dark room you can momentarily see good Horizontal and Good Vertical Sweep as well as Very Dark but very good Video-display. CRT Filaments not on long enough to see brighter display befor the DC power goes into shutdown mode. Not sure of Sony Blinking Yellow-Led Error Codes at this point.
