Hi your problem is the large bulge in the EHT transformer.

This Transformer has failed.

you mean to the yellow component i have a base knowledge in electronic
this a link to my other monitor that suffer from the same problem
but the the power button is not effecting(but ticking and green led is blink)
can i exchange them??
i think that its the same voltage etc??

No I mean the big black transformer with the thick red lead to the CRT.

From the picture you can see the plastic has deformed causing a bubble on the side.

Ok Lets start again what make and model is it.

Check the transistors on the large aluminium heatsink around the corner of the PCB.

the model is philips 107g
the 4 transistors externally looks good
3 around and one inside the heatsink
i need to check them with a tester??
