HP p1130 makes shadows of vertical black lines

I have problems with shadows for 2 months now. I can send a picture of a problem if anybody nows how to solve it.

After removing plastic cabinet and then EMI shield I cleaned up dust. Then I connected monitor again. Shadows have disapeared. I'm not a monitor technician, so some explanation would be approving. I'll send you photos if problem reappears.
