I have a compaq fs740 monitor and when I first start up the computer. it's like this screen is electrified and then it gets better but the screen is still distorted tried all the settings to get it adjusted to take out the waves.tried it on another computer and it is in the monitor any ideas on what to do to fix this(FS740 Color Monitor)
