L7031LD Monitor Help

I need help with a Resistor R781 value,not R701 as i had post first time, it is burn up and i dont Know it's value, please help...
The monitor is a Multiscan L7031LD and is marked as L703x in the chassis.

The R781 connects to one side of horizontal yoke CN702.The other side of R781 connects to D718.
