I have a couple F-417 monitors with basically the same problem.
One has the screen go scrambled after it warms up ashort while and the other is just staying in the scrambled up mode. It does it in all resolutions. If somebody has a schematic they can send that would be great. The power suplly seems ok but I can't be sure.

I have similar problem with AG Neovo F-15 (6 same monitors which i need to repair for one company have this problem - the company is useing them, not selling or so). After warmup (10 - 30minutes, the picture is perfect during this time) white lines start to run over the screen and after some time it is white over all. I changed all electrolytic caps (I used 105°C low ESR types for SMPS), now it works but every 10 - 30minutes white lines or white screen appears for less then 1 minute. I tryed to use different power supply, put a fan above the main pcb or disconnect backlight inverter (interference) but it doesn't help. Could be the problem inside the LCD itself? It have samsung LCD panel inside...

I'm surprised that here is 6 pieces in one company with exactly same problem but I couldn't find nothing on the net, no one have any problem with Neovo F-15...

Some ideas to repair this?
