Sony GDM-FW900 in need of repair

I have a Sony GDM-FW900 which makes a snapping sound when I turn it on, LED is green, and then goes into power saving mode as if it is not getting a signal.

This display is in the SF Bay area, and I am looking for a reputable local repair source. Suggestions?

I have all the parts of this monitor, mine has the screen damage and I have the parts.
