I have a Dell 20" that all of a sudden went wacky on me. The picture looks like it's spinning (on a vertical axis, as opposed to rolling on a horizontal one) kind of like an old TV picture would when the hold needed to be adjusted. The picture can't be adjusted using the monitor controls. Any help out there? Thanks
