Hello Guys, i have a 17in northgate lcd monitor. One day i came home and it did not power up. I bought it to get look at and the guy told me that i needed this part and he gave a part number. The part is on the power supply board and the number is phy7nq60e

Hi a number of manufacturers use this sort of coding for fets

STP6N60 = 6A 600V
STP4N80 = 4A 800V
