I've got an oldie 21 inch monitor, Iiyama 8221 E/T with some problems.
From bottom to center of my screen the colours 'disect'. Red goes to the left, blue to the right and in the middle all is fine. Then from center to top of the screen blue shifts to left and red to the right. The bottom left of my screen looks like this:

Is there anything that can be done to repair this?

This problem "may" be adjustable with the focus adjustment on the flyback transformer. You may see a slight improvement by using the "degaussing" feature with your monitor.

Finally, you know...you can find 15" and 17" CRT monitors on the Internet for around $100 or less. You can pick-up a nice 17" LCD for $250 or less. Trash the monitor and get something new, and with a new warranty. Lot less hassle, and you'll be much happier when you do.

In the UK you can get 2nd user under 2 years old 17" with 3month RTB warranty for £20.
