Samsung Syncmaster 900SL any ideas what would cause this?

Any ideas about this somewhat intermittant problem with a Samsung Syncmaster 900SL (PG19SS) monitor. It's somewhat of a ghosting effect (see image). The effect starts off sometimes at powerup, sometimes after a few hours of use. Begins at the middle of the screen and gradually travels upwards over the space of 30 seconds to a minute (You can see in the image above, that it hasn't quite covered all the screen). A change in resolution or refresh rate makes behavior normal again for anywhere between a minute and a number of hours.

Also if anyone has, or knows where I can find schematics for this monitor, that would also be appreciated.

Many thanks.
Paul.
