Hi is IC104 a 3 pin TO220 device.

I was trying to find out if I had the correct schematic as I have a ? against the file.
IC104 = KA7805
C324 = 0.082u 400V KMP
C325 = 2n2 1600V SMP
C329 = 0.082u 400V KMP
