i have syncamaster450b, I press power-on but no start.
i had review, power supply, flyback, horizontal transistor, vertical amplifier, retifier diodes, and more. and I think all is good.

Check fbt HV terminal to ground for any resistence, maybe de internal fbt's internal is shorted.
