The Chassis Family is: 21HV8SA.
It's possibly a Power-On Issue. When I turn it on, you hear something click (like a relay), then the Flyback come on for about 1/2 second, then the relay clicks again, the Flyback turns off, then it's like it's off, but with the power LED in front on.
According to the Flowchart, I DO have 212VDC across C861 (which is good), and it's saying I have an abnormal Power Saver, but it tells me to refer to page 64 in the manual, but mine only goes up to page 63...
Any help would be appreciated.
