Help-Dell P780 Dead

I have a Dell P780 (Sony) 17" Monitor that when turned on, emits a single chirp, no screen, power led is off.
I initially suspected IC601 (TEA1504 Sw Reg), but I measured 5v standby on the secondary side of primary power supply. The 180v line sits at 13.3v and the 80v line sits at 9v.
Vaux (pin6) of IC601 is 9.5v, so I think the IC is ok. I've also checked R637, R627, C616 and C617 and they are ok.
These closed-loop feedback ccts are difficult to trouble shoot.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
...Thanks

Did you ever find a fix for your reported problem.
I am not a repair specialist in reagrds of
monitors.

Here is my issue
I push the power button
I hear click, click, click
as long as the Dell P780
is on.

I was thinking maybe dropping it from the
roof might fix the problem. hmmm ...
I don't think I have covered the risk
of lost properly ... SO another solution
would be appreciated.
