Monitor is a 15 Inch MAG Inovisions. This chip is a Mitsubishi M52327SP Triple Video Amplifier I.C. I suspect.
It is on the the board mounted to the CRT Socket. Video cable comes directly into this board.
If I had the Diagram of this chip I could better make out the rest of the circuitry on this board. Problem is one color is intermittant both thermally sensitive and vibration sensitive.
Cannot find any loose connections, no bad solder joints, all connectors/connections are good.
Maybe there is a cracked trace but I've looked Very, Very hard and I don't see it. I don't have a microscope, just high power magnifier.

Hi check the crimps on the PCB end of the video cable this used to be a common fault, I used to solder the crimps to the cable until I had replacement crimps and a tool.
