I replaced the short HOT. After warm up the picture appears for few seconds and then it cycles on and off. Led is blicking. The horizontal deflection circuit takes About 1A from B+. I think the supply is cycling because it is overloaded. Am I right? What can cause this? Can it be a short turn in flyback?
