I have IBM E74 monitor extended model 6332-03/ s,horizontal folding doesnot occurs often, when motitor is in use for some time it appears(about a inch of viewable screen is cut off and folded from bottom) and sometime its screen remains normal without flicking.It reappears and disappears regularly.

I was unable to find C601,C603,C611 on the main board/ rear of picture tube gun. I request to please guide me which part of the main board i should look for it.

The fault is increasing day by day, now a white horizontal bright line is seen on the middle of the working monitor screen along with the above fault.
Please help to repair the fault.

I was unable to trace C601, C603, C611 & C617 on the PCB kit.
While I have checked I501
for pin 2 - 8.77volts
pin 4 - 6.75volts
My model is IBM E74, 6332 03E /S and having
I401 - SAMSUNG SID02512X01-A0
I501 - LM1279AN
I502 - MYSON MTV02IN-21
I503- KA7808
I701 - SI770
I702-24LC211
I request you to please help me in finding the fault for bottom horizontal cut/folding of screen with white

horizontal hairline across middle of the screen.

i think you have a problem on vertical block ,some time in another monitor use ic tda 1175 try to find this component or you have to check main voltage about 15 volt dc and check the electrolyte caondensator 2200 uf 25 volt in this circuit too
