(Login pope_john_jovi ) my monitor aoc 15" power led is on for about 3-4 seconds but it also dies out and lights up again,and there is a clicking sound when it lights on.

Try to resolder all lose...and ic 3248 resolder it

Most switched mode power supply were designed to shut down when there is to much current drawn from it.Check all the rectifier for "short circuit".Also those mosfets,Drain and Source just like testing a regular diode..good luck
