Samtron 17DF

Hi,
I have this trouble with this monitor.It's 17 in.Samtron 17DF.When power it up,the OSD is being displayed which blocks the screen.I can't turn it off.I can adjust for width,vertical size,but the OSD remains.It says "LOCKED"
Any hint....

press menu button for 10"

If problem persists bhange the 78l05 Ic which provides supply to microprocessor.
