19" Likom N9054 excessive width and will not adjust via controls

anyone know what causes this pls

ok update - have checked all semi's and caps in horz area and found a tranny marked c2800 and is shorted e-c but i cant source the part - does anyone know equivalent - i assume its a 2sc2800
