How to open Cicero/Hansol E17CL monitor

My Cicero (Hansol) E17CL monitor has been making strange 'cracking/sparking' noises and there definitely seems to be something rattling around inside (perhaps a nut/screw?). Anyway, I'm trying to get the casing off to check, with not much luck. There are two screws underneath at the front, which I have removed. The casing at the bottom front is now loose, but there's something holding the top of the casing on and I can't seem to find out how to release it. If anyone has a solution or an idea, I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

You've already taken the two screws out of the bottom. Now you need to pry the top lip from front to back in two spots about two inches inward from the outer edge. There are two small teeth that hook into the front plastic.
