Hello, I have a Panasonic s1390 13' Color Video Monitor used for observation. Recently we were doing some remodeling and literally just bumped the monitor, next day I go to turn it on and nothing. Acts and sounds like it turning on but never get any picture. I'm not much of a TV person as I am a computer person and could use some help and/or advice. I have a Fluke Oscilloscope and
