I am desperately seeking access to service menu (factory mode) on Compaq P1220 Monitor (rebadged Mitsubishi 2060u).

I know that by holding down the Signal A/B (OSD OFF) button while turning the monitor on and then (-) button I get 255, then with (+) button to 5, but after that I cannot get any further, it simply times out no matter what I press after. I tried down arrow button , right arrow button etc but nothing gets me to the service menu.

1 Hold down Input select/OSD off and power on and release after 2 seconds.

2 00 should be displayed set to 255 with "-" button.

3 Set to 05 with the "+" button.

4 Press Input select/OSD off this needs to be done within 10 seconds other wise it returns to user mode.

To return to user mode set to 010 and press Input select/OSD off.

Rich I hope this is the correct procedure for this model.
