Monitor overheating problem

Hi there, i have a Daewoo 719B monitor that i think keeps overheating any help will be appreciated in solving this problem.

The monitor screen goes blank and the power led stays on, if i turn it off then on again it will work for a short while then go off, if i point a fan at it will stay on. ive taken the back off to see if i could see any capacitors about to blow or somin but cant really see anything wrong, i havnt given it a good clean to see if the board looks burned anyhere cos im always using it but i have noticed a hissing (sorta like hiss,hiss,HISS,HISS,hiss,hiss.....) which happens when the monitor goes off, it sounds like its coming from near the "flyback-transformer" but also in this area there is a large metal heatsink (around 3 sides of the transformer) connected to several other components that sorta look like op-amps but i have very basic electrical component knowledge this heatsink is very hot, so could these components be overheating and causing the sound? or is it the transformer?

also the damn thing makles a real high pitched, very quiet continuos beep that can really get to you when its real quiet and ur trying to sleep, dunno if this is related

thanks in advance for any help, this has been anoying me for months and id like to finally sort it out

Will

seems like the flyback is deffective and goes short after warm up.
The heatsing goes hot due to horizontal output transistor (HOT)overloading.
chceck also if the HOT isnt badly mounted.
