Hi,
I have a mitsubishi SD5602c monitor that went too pink all of sudden! Other colors don't look right too.
I have tried calabrating the variable resistors insided on the neck board of the CRT tube, but still can't get the colors right.
I think the values RGB (red, green, blue) may have changed.
How can i test if this is the case or they are correct values at the RGB outputs?
What should the voltages be
Should they all be the same for each RGB to get the balance or a bit different value?

Any help will be appreciated.

The voltages can be upto 20V different, one way is by eye against another monitor that you consider is OK, the other is a colour analyser.

Start with a blank rastor i.e. no picture content the controls for this are black level not the gain controls.

The put a white picture and adjust the gain controls.

But if you had a sudden change in colour this suggests a fault.
