I have a DELL monitor. The model I think is 1000HT.
The problems are:
1. Start very hard.
2. the power source voltage is: 148V instead 160v, 48v instead 64v, -6v instead -13v, 10v instead 15v, 3v instead 7v.
T405(irf9620),t407(buh1215), r413(1k5), r411(0.47) was burn.
I replace them but don't start.
I check the signal on the IC203(STV9379) and it was no signal. I remove ic203 and the signal from processor on appare and the voltage increase from -6v to -11v and from 10v to 13v.
Should I look for something else?
