DELL monitor - HOT problem

Hi!
I have a DELL 1025HE monitor, and I have this problem
When I remove the HOT (BUH1215) all voltage are OK, but when I put him back the monitor seems to start but disapare all voltage and the HOT is burn.
Please help me whit any sugestion.

Check M402 for shorted turns.

Hi Rich,
Thank you for response.
I check , but it seems to be OK. I tried to remove Horizontal Yoke, and the HOT don't burn. When I put yoke, for a few seconds seems to start, but it didn't ..... and the HOT is burn ..... again.Also T405.
I vizualize the signal on the Tektronics and the signal on the pin 9 of the IC401 don't look very clear. The frecvency for this signal is about 241KHZ. Is this ok? The H_drive signal is 81,2KHz, the same frecvency is on the drain af the T406.

This signal should be the same frequency as H-Scan.

U sure that's the freq? don't u think it is too high?
