Sceptre X5-Agama New Cable Needed. I need to fix it.

I am looking for a repair manual and or schematics for a Sceptre X5-Agama 15" LCD Monitor. The DB-15 Connector broke off and I do not know what pin is for what cable. I actually do know all of them except the thin white wire inside. I do not know what that one is or where it can from. I need a new end that connects to the computer. If anyone can help me it would be great. Is there any LCD cables that will work with this monitor? As in I splice it together. I would really like to wire it with the factory cable and just plug it into the LCD board in the monitor. Let me know. Thanks!
