KDS XF-7e help

I have this monitor working great, then suddenly coming back from power save mode a few clicks and completely dead.
I have some hobby electronics experience, but without a schematics will be just guesswork. The manuf code is DFT, Rev# 00, chassis # C718, manufactured in jul 2001.
After some basic measurments I found the HOT bad, shorted between B-E. Removing it from the board i got the power on. I managed to order the original 2SC5552 transistor (Q704). My only concern is, that by only replacing the transistor will not be enough, and the failiure was caused by something else.
Visually i can't see anything burned or damaged.
If any of You can help me locate a schematics, also where should i suspect other damages before i replace the new transistor will be geatly appreciated.
TIA!

Be careful as some of the line output transistors have an internal base emitter resister of between 22 & 47R.

Rich,
The short exist with the transistor removed. Any chance for a schematics?
Thx, George

No I mean the resistor is internal to the transistor not on the board.

Check the datasheet for the Philips BU2508DF.

Rich,
I have the new transistors, and it measures as any common transistor. Any clue which schematics is close to this model?

Thanks Rich!
It matches with my board. I installed the new transistor, and works, but i cannot adjust the horizontal size (too wide). Looking around found two adjacent parts burned, R509 and C503. Took them out, the resistor still measures the 22 ohm. The capacitor is blown out and burned on the side where the marking should be. The value is on the schematics 047/400 V, but don't know what type. The only thing i can see from the remained making is MD. Can you help me with this?
TIA!

To be honest it looks like it is a normal polyester, but if you can get a polypropylene in there then thats all the better.

Parts damaged: Q702 (2SC5552 HOT), R509 (22 ohm 2W), C503 (047/400V), Q719 (2SB861C).
After all replaced works OK.
Special thanks to Rich for help!
