CTX MONITOR EX1200

The only problem I'm having with this monitor is with the brightness level.

It is stuck at a high level and will not shift.
There are no flyback lines visible and the on screen display of brightness level scrolls normally.

Contrast and colour adjust ok.

Does anyone out there have a circuit diagram(or know where to get one) of this model?
