ADI Microscan (CM700)

My ADI onlu makes a blinking sound when set up to computer. Was able to check the t4ah/250 v fuse and it was ok. My computer colleague said there were numerous fuses i need to check but ??? I printed the specs from an online manual but it doesn't give me the repair specs for various "glitches". Any suggestions?

Blinking sound is the sound of the power supply current limiting due to a short circuit, this can be a number of things but the most common are below.

These monitors suffer from failed FBT (big black box with thick red lead to tube) or HOT (transistor Q802).
