I have A Problem With TVM A6S6 Monitor It Has A Horizontal Line I Check The Vertical Ic LA7838 All Inputs Are Good But There Is No OutPut, So I change It But I Still The Same Problem.

I Check Also The Small Transistors In The Vertical Circuit And They Are Good.


I Mean That The Ic La7838 Has The Following:-

Pin 1 = 11 Volt
Pin 2 = 4 Volt
pin 3,4 = 5 volt
Pin 5,6 = 11 Volt
Pin 7 = 0.5 Volt
Pin 8 = 21.5 Volt
Pin 9 = 0.0 Volt
Pin 10 = 2.3 Volt
Pin 11 = GND Volt
Pin 12 = 0.1 Volt ( OutPut )
Pin 13,8 = 22 Volt

I Do Not Have A SCOPE.

Pin 6 is way too high should be 5V
