Problem With TVM AS6S Picture Too Wide

Dear Mr. kirs

I Found Out That C309 Which I Replace Before Was Bad Also
( The New One Was Bad ) It Gives Me The hourglass shaped picture I Replace It Again And It Work.

Now The Picture Is Too Wide Which Cap Is Resposible For That. If You Know Please Advice.

If Any One Can Help Please Do.
