My name is Cornel and I have a problem with an IBM p200 monitor, the image flickers.
Because this is an older monitor from a graphic station, this type of monitor to start it needs a 60Hz signal. The monitor has an older signal connector 13w3s, so I had to replace it with a standard VGA (I replaced the signal connector because the adaptor 13w3s to VGA is 30$, and the VGA connector is 0.20$). The monitor works with the changes I have made but after 1 hour of running or less the image flickers, if I restart the computer in dos mode the image flickers so badly that I can't read anything of the screen, in windows the image flickers but only for a few seconds and then it stops and after a while it starts again.
Could it be a sync problem?
