I have a Dell P1110. The unit was dead. I opened it up to find the fuse was blown. Replaced fuse and unit powers up green LED comes on and it sounds like the high voltage section is powering up. The relays click like it will come on but the screen is blank. The tube filament doesn't appear to be on. Any help would be appreciated. Also the adjustments on front have no effect.
