Vertical Problem

I've got a vertical problem on a Proline Crystalview 17E Model LN-17E Monitor. 2 resistors R303 and R309 are burned
so badly that their color codes are not visible. The WYSE board has 2 numbers on it 991107-06M Rev AC, and 981107-01 Rev A,
also a sticker with the nr CU7206899. I did check the TDA8172 VERTICAL IC but their is no short on it.
If i can get a diagram on it i can trace, but i can not get hold of one, not even on the internet, and i am asking if anyone
can please help me with this problem.
Thank you
