The Red, Green, Blue setup on my screen is blurred

My 1998 21" Dell/Sony Trinitron is meesed up.

I've checked all the setups and found that nothing works. I now believe the three Red, Green, and Blue phosphorus guns are un aligned and causing this annoying problem.

I need to know how to repair and re align the three guns or to get some info on where to find the infomation
