My Dell P991 when first turned on with no sync input has a narrow screen and is all red with horizontal lines, yet the test pattern and all the colors are visible behind this red tinted screen, with the computer hooked up and turned on the screen goes to normal height and width, but still has the red tint and horizontal lines. Can anyone tell me what is going on and if there is a fix please. Thanks a million..
