Hi there everyone. Please bare with me as it is my first post and my first attempt at a monitor repair.....

When I shipped my monitor to a different home via fed-ex.....somehow in the shipping it broke. Not sure what happened but when I turn it on, all I get is that clicking and no picture. I opened it up and looked to see what it could be and I just see a blue spark turn on and off, on and off........Now this is my first attempt so I am not sure where to start. I fixed a tv monitor once but it was a totally different problem. I can catch on quickly if someone will just point me in a general direction. Thank you and I hope to hear soon....otherwise I will just throw the thing away I am sure.

Where was the blue spark.

The blue spark flickers at the very back of the unit towards the middle top. I can't really see anything going on towards the screen.

To me it sounds as though the unit has been dropped and you may have a broken neck of the tube.
