ViewSonic Troubles

I work for a commercial printing business and I have been going through the worst tech support experience I have ever had at the hands of ViewSonic. I sent a monitor under warranty in for repair in the beginning of December and am still without a monitor. Every time I called to check on the status it was a different story; "It's being repaired." "It's in line to be repaired." "It can't be repaired. We're waiting for a comparable model to arrive so we can ship it to you." "We're shipping it tomorrow." "We're shipping the same model you sent us." "We're shipping it tomorrow." "My supervisor will call you tomorrow." "We're shipping it tomorrow." "We're still waiting for your model to arrive." "We're shipping it tomorrow." and so on. Calls were not returned, promises were not kept, and obligations were not met (replacement monitor within 10-14 days). Consider this when buying your next monitor. We are no longer ViewSonic customers.
