Hi, my 5 yr. old monitor has the yellos screen of death. I think the blue tube has gone out. The monitor works great except fro this ugly screen color.

Can the one tube that has gone out be replaced? Where would I go to find a replacement?

Is this something that might be easily done - or not for the faint of heart - or screw driver challenged

Thanks for any information, Laurie

Firstly their is only 1 tube with all three colour guns inside, so replacing 1 off them is out of the question.

If the colour fault happened instantly then it can be repaired.

It could be the signal cable check the plug into the graphics card for bent pins, flex the cable at both ends to check for breaks.

From here on it needs some one who can fault find and solder.
