Hi,
I have a BENQ FP71E+. I use it for about an hour and the screen goes blank. To temporarily solve this problem, I have to press the power switch off then on, and it works again... for another hour.
This problem just started a little while ago. Any solution what's causing this? How to fix?

Same thing occured.
Doesn't matter if I change the brightness or contrast level.
THe monitor screen will go blank after an hour, I then have to switch it off then back on and I can use it no probs till the next hour.

Hi,
I have the same problem but with a Samsung 720T. When it blanks I only stop/start the monitor from the button and it will work for couple of minutes and again blank.
If I leave it for some time it works fine again for more than an hour.
I can make it work even if I push the reset button (searches what kind of connection is on, Digital-DVI/analog).
If I want to still use it when it blanks and dont want to wait then I switch on/off couple of times (more than ten times) and it will start working again.
What can be the problem? I want to try fix it myself as the service guys asked me 300$ and I think that I can buy a new one with almost the same money.
Thank you,
Radu B.
