R802 = 15K

If this has burnt up badly then it maybe T701 FBT has failed.

Double check that, its 5.1K could be a diode or a capacitor short that caused it as well.

Hi Rob I have the 700s as the CA119 chassis and all three service manuals I have for this chassis all put R802 as a 15k.

What chassis do you have it as.

Sorry we are both correct. If its off pin 3 of the flyback use 5.1K if not use 15K. There are 3 groupings of 700S. there is 700S (CB777H-ML),700S(700BJ_E)and 700S(CB777F-NA) I didnt fully check them out but the 3 in group CB777H is different from CB777F and sorry I couldnt find a chassis number on cb77F which has differing parts dependant on where you are IE group 1 (India Europe Australia) group 2 Panama etc. They like to make it easy.
