I am having a problem with my _Dell M990 19" monitor_. It was working fine a while ago then i turned it off and went away from my computer. When i came back and switched it on, nothing appeared on the screen. Note that it was in the GTA San Andreas pause menu at the time. I then reset the computer and the screen came up as a distorted 10" box in the middle. When I try 'horizontal or verticle size' it does move the slider on the OSD but the screen doesnt change size at all. When i use 'vertical and horizontal position' the screen refuses to move outside a square of approx. 12". The OSD also features a zoom feature which previously worked and basically made the screen bigger. When i hit the '+' button to increase it from 100% (the base point) absolutely nothing happens. Reseting to defaults does nothing either. And its not my comp becos it does the same thing in 2 other comps. Resolution, refresh rate and colours did nothing and i have been through every thing supported by the monitor. It even does it in the BIOS!

Luckily, it is still just about usable but i really need to know how to fix it.

If it makes any difference i mostly play modern 3d games on it with a top-of-the-range graphics card.
