i connected my plasma to my pc as an extra screen via a dvi cable. It worked fine until i changed the plasma to the main screen in control panel. The plasma went nuts the screen displayed coloured lines at random. Now the plasma wont work with my pc unless i use a standard vga monitor cable, but when you enter the bios nothing is displayed just black screen but then when windows logom appears it works fine. Surely the plasma made by samsung would be tested for pc usage as it has a section for it in the manual. Can a graphics card or plasma be fried by this change in screens. My plasma is a samsung ps42something and my pc is amd 3000 64,1 gig ram, asus a8n board,windows xp pro the smaller monitor i used was a 14inch dell ultra scan
