monitor problem

Hi
I have a hansol 19 ins monitor and the brightness is very dark.
I can controle the brightness but even on max it is very dark.
Can anyone help me please

If you monitor is CRT,sure CRT needs to be rejuvenated.

Who made the tube, if its a samsung thats about parr, rejuvinating is a total waste of time, it might kill it, or last a day to a year.
