| Looking for schematic/repair info.
Symptom 1 - lt_gray, horizontal streaks. most obvious with black font on white background.
Symptom 2 - startup, wavy edges, reduced picture width - slowly creeps out to stavle, full width ~ 5 minutes.

Check for dry solder joints on FBT.

It seems you have 2 unrelated faults.
But first I would check/replace the electrolytics in the power supply.
